Two cases of Milker's nodules, the first patient, female，twenty-eight years old. The lesion were   scattered on the middle finger and little finger of the fight hand, 1.0 cm×1.0 cm sized，dark red   nodules. A little sunken in the center, tough texture. Patients did not feel painful when touching   them. The second patient, male, twenty—seven years old. Blister and bean—sized, dark red Nodule, were separately scattered in the palm and show finger of fight hand. They contacted with   sick cows with paravaccinia. It was diagnosed as Milkerg nodule with histopathological examinations.
