Abstrct
The article presents a case study of a 17-year-old male with oral ulcers of six years duration with around 10 episodes per year.He was evaluated by a hematologist for the leg swelling where Color Doppler of the left lower limb had affirmed deep vein thrombosis (DVT) along superficial femoral vein and common femoral vein. He was managed with warfarin and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH).

本文介绍了一个患口腔溃疡六年，每年约发作10次的17岁男性患者的病例。患者被血液学家诊断为腿部肿胀，左下肢彩色多普勒检查证实为沿股浅静脉和股静脉的深静脉血栓形成（DVT）。采用华法林和低分子量肝素（LMWH）进行治疗。
